The Participants are the only responsible for the
choice of the Products and for the use they will make of them. Puzzleworks is not responsible for the use Participants make
of the Products or the damages (direct or indirect) that they can cause to the Participant or to third parties. 6.4. Puzzleworks
will not be responsible for any Participant action that by any means results in fraud to the Website, be it by false information,
false notes, ownership of confidential information or any other type of fraud causing loss to the Puzzleworks. If any of these
previous circumstances happen, Puzzleworks reserve the right to act legally against anyone who has committed them, being able
to use any legally applicable action. Puzzleworks reserve the right to cancel the participation of any Participant who has
committed any of the previously described actions. 7. TERMINATION 7.1.
We make the Website service available to you at our
discretion and may terminate your access to the service or the Website at any time without notice. Some circumstances in which
we may choose to exercise our right to terminate your access to the service include (but are not limited to) you being in
breach of these terms and conditions; or 7.2.
Puzzleworks reserves the right to verify at any given
time that each Participant complies with this Terms and Conditions. Puzzleworks is excluded of any obligation (including the
Product delivery or any other) before any Participant that has participated (or intended to participate) in the Website that
does not comply with this Terms and Conditions. 7.3.
If Puzzleworks suspects that there has been electronic
forgery in the Website or determines that actually there has been, or if technical difficulties compromise the Websites integrity,
or any other type of fraud, Puzzleworks reserves the right to cancel the affected accounts and annul, modify or finish immediately
the Website and/or the suspected records. 8. PLACING PUCHASE ORDER 8.1. To purchase Products and when submitting your purchase order you are accepting to acquire the Products
at the price set out in the order. We are not obliged to supply the Products to you until we have verified that you have complied
with all the Terms and Conditions that govern this Website. This process may take up to five working days. 8.2. If
you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact our Customer Services Team immediately at support@MotherMarysResurrection.com. 8.3. Prices for Products are checked regularly. If we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact
you and ask if you still wish to proceed. If you do not respond, we will treat your order as cancelled, notify you and refund
your money. If we are unable to accept your order for other reasons, then we shall at our option refund any moneys related
to that purchase order and notify you with an explanation. 8.4.
Despite all possible care has been taken to ensure
that each item is accurately described, descriptions cannot be guaranteed, in which case we will do our best to offer you
a substitute item of the same or better quality at the same price. 8.5.
The product’s images are reference and do not
represent the exactly item or color. 9. CANCEL PUCHASE ORDER 9.1. We cannot cancel an order already placed. 10. SHIPPING, HANDLING AND DELIVERY 10.1.Shipping and handling charges are automatically included at the moment of Checkout. You must enter
the "Ship To" information for each order before you can purchase the item. 10.2.We are not liable for inaccurate shipping information provided by you. If an item needs to be reshipped,
you will be responsible for the corresponding incremental cost. 10.3.We aim to deliver most Products to all mainland addresses within 10 working days from the time that your order is
